• Email address — used for passwordless magic-link login, account notifications, and optional opt-in marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
• Account and profile data — such as your display name or preferences you save in your portal.
• TradingView username — collected so we can grant you invite-only access to indicators and strategies.
• Purchase records — product, date, and subscription status, provided by our payment processor. We do not store your card numbers.
• Basic analytics — anonymised or aggregated usage data to help us understand how visitors use the site.

We use your personal information to deliver the services you have purchased or signed up for, communicate with you about your account, send marketing only when you have opted in, comply with legal obligations, and improve our products and website experience.

We rely on trusted third-party service providers:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting. Your account data is stored in Supabase under standard security practices.
• LemonSqueezy — Merchant of Record for payments. They handle card data, tax collection, invoicing, and refunds. We never see or store your full card numbers.
• Email provider — used to send transactional emails (login links, receipts, account updates) and optional marketing emails.
• TradingView — we share your TradingView username with TradingView solely to grant you access to invite-only scripts.

We do not sell your personal information. Third parties process data only on our behalf and under obligations consistent with this policy.

Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information.
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements.
