Terms of Service

XWiseTrade provides access to software tools, including TradingView invite-only indicators and strategies and optional cTrader cBot licences. These are delivered as subscription or one-time purchases through our website.

The tools are software that you run in your own environment (e.g., your TradingView or cTrader account). We do not execute trades on your behalf, manage funds, or provide investment advice.

When you purchase access, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the tools for the paid period. This licence is strictly for your own use and may not be shared, resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or used to provide services to third parties.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of our scripts or software. All intellectual property in our tools remains owned by XWiseTrade.

Access to subscription-based tools remains active only while your subscription is paid and in good standing. If you cancel, fail to renew, or your payment fails, access may be revoked automatically. One-time purchases grant access for the lifetime of the product or as otherwise stated at checkout.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy as our Merchant of Record. They handle card processing, tax, invoicing, and refunds in accordance with their policies and applicable law. We do not store your payment card details.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us may result in immediate revocation of access. Refund eligibility is determined by LemonSqueezy in accordance with the refund policy displayed at checkout.

XWiseTrade does not provide financial advice. Our tools are for educational and software-use purposes only. By using our services, you acknowledge that trading carries significant risk, including the possible loss of capital, and that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

You agree not to:

• Use our tools for illegal, fraudulent, or manipulative purposes.
• Share your login credentials, licence keys, or invite-only access with others.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, copy our scripts for redistribution, or scrape our content.
• Interfere with the security or availability of our website or services.

All code, scripts, indicators, strategies, designs, logos, text, and other materials on this site are the intellectual property of XWiseTrade or its licensors. Your purchase grants a limited licence to use the tools; it does not transfer ownership or any rights beyond those expressly granted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XWiseTrade is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our tools, including trading losses, data loss, or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

You may stop using our services and cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent conduct, or if required by law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active members via email or through the website. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
